Welcome to our website. By browsing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the commercial relationship between the user and AMANDIO MORGADO PEDRO.
1. Object and Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all tour and tourist entertainment services provided. Our activity is duly registered with Turismo de Portugal under RNAAT No. 1040/2024.
2. Reservation and Payment Process

Contact via WhatsApp: Reservations are initiated through the direct contact button for WhatsApp. The reservation is only considered confirmed after sending a proof of payment or written confirmation from us.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via [MB WAY, Bank Transfer, or Cash].

Prices: All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force (if applicable).
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Client: Cancellation must be communicated via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours in advance to be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellation due to Force Majeure: If the activity cannot take place due to adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, a new date or a full refund of the amount paid will be proposed.
4. Insurance
In accordance with Portuguese law, all our tours include:

Personal Accident Insurance.

Civil Liability Insurance. Note: These insurances only cover incidents occurring during the strict course of the activity.
5. Client Duties and Responsibility

The client undertakes to respect the guide’s instructions and safety rules.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform about any relevant physical or dietary limitations before the start of the activity.

We are not responsible for damage to or loss of personal items during the tours.
6. Use of Images
Unless otherwise indicated, we may capture photographs or videos during the activities for promotional purposes on social media. If you do not authorize this, please inform the guide before the start of the tour.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For any emerging dispute, Portuguese law applies. In the event of a consumer dispute, the client may resort to Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entities.
